Summer Day Camp

Let us plan your child’s summer at our Summer Day Camp featuring weekly field trips and swimming throughout the week. Other activities include games, sports, arts and crafts, and more. Campers are asked to pack two snacks and a non-perishable lunch each day. Lunches and Concession Cards may also be purchased in the morning during daily check-in. Ages: 5-13 years old. Must be at least 5 years old and have completed Kindergarten.
Registration Deadline: Thursday before the following week
Fee: $150 per week or $1,650 for full-summer pre-registration option (plus a one-time fee of $15 for a field trip shirt); $10 late fee; No refunds for full-summer option after May 26
Dates: May 26-Aug 14
Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm

How to Register

Please choose from the four options below for Day Camp registration:

  1. Register for the full 12 weeks by paying in advance online and receive one FREE week. Refunds are not available for this option. 
  2. Register for the weeks of your choice and pay online.
  3. Select and reserve the weeks in advance that you plan to attend. One week’s payment is due at the time of registration and a credit card number must be provided to reserve the weeks you plan to attend. A 3.75% CC fee will be added for card payments.
  4. Individual Camp Day is available on a day-by-day availability.

Individual Camp Day Option 

Individual Day registrations are available on an as-available basis. Spots are limited! Registration for individual days is available two weeks prior. Online registration for field trip days closes on the Thursday prior. 

Fee: $40 per day; $5 late fee for walk-ins if spaces are available.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Camp registration fees assist us in offsetting the cost of planning and scheduling programs and trips. To assist us in providing the best camp experience possible, any cancellations and/or refunds will need to be requested promptly. Refund requests can be submitted online here. All refunds in person must be done with the front desk staff. 

To receive a refund, requests must be made no later than 8:00 pm on the Wednesday before the requested week. If requests are not made by this time, no refunds will be considered. No refunds are available for the full summer pre-paid option. No refunds or credits will be given in the event a camper is suspended or expelled from the camp program. 

Field Trips and Activities

Campers will experience a variety of activities and field trips each week. The field trip schedule has been posted above. Field trips may be split into two days based on age group. Campers will have the opportunity to swim on non-field trip days at the Branson AquaPlex. The field trip schedule is subject to change based on weather or unforeseen circumstances (illnesses, natural disasters, etc.)

Concession Card and Lunch Offerings

Lunch may be purchased during drop-off each morning for a fee of $6.00. Parents may also place money on a Concession Card to be used at the Branson AquaPlex concession stand with cash or card for personal use during Day Camp pool hours.
